We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the LinkSquares team.

Contracts are the lifeblood of business and power everything from revenue, obligations, financing activities, and reporting. At LinkSquares, our AI-powered, end-to-end contract management and analytics platform takes the manual, time-consuming, tedious tasks out of the contracting process. With LinkSquares, legal teams save time, cut costs, and improve business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll help create and craft LinkSquares’ unique voice in the market. This will be both a strategic and execution-focused role that will require you to wear multiple hats. One day you might be developing out a strategic plan for our writing team and the next day crafting an email to engage our prospects, writing a blog article, or listening in on a sales call to understand our prospects better. You should crave taking on new challenges and always learning something new to build out your marketing skills.

This role reports directly to the CMO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, implement, and manage the overall content strategy for the blog, eBooks, website, and social media.
  • Oversee a team of freelance writers and content creators.
  • Write compelling copy designed to engage prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure content is informative, eye catching, and on-brand
  • Assist with creating sales collateral and assets for product launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to develop content themes.


Who You Are:

  • You're a self-starter who is interested in identifying and creating your own projects, while working well with a team.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience working at a fast-paced, B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong writing skills with an attention to detail. Please be able to provide writing samples.
  • Experience writing and developing marketing strategies for a legal or finance audience OR working on a product in document management a huge plus.
  • Experience using a marketing automation system; HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Some experience creating visual assets through Photoshop or similar tools a plus.
